Debra Constance is Head of Business Development for Osborne a family owned construction company where she manages the relationships of those clients developing and managing affordable housing. Before coming in to the private sector she worked for over 20 years in the affordable housing sector with both Local Authorities and Housing Associations in both Housing Management and the development of Affordable Housing.
Debra has a BA (Hons) in Psychology and Politics from Wolverhampton Polytechnic and a MSc Property and Development from South Bank University and continues to be a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. She is passionate about Personal Development and sees Women in Social Housing as one way to assist women in following their own dreams with passion and determination. |
