Elaine Allen

Elaine Allen is a Solicitor and the Head of Social Housing Development at Prince Evans Solicitors , a law firm which has been at the forefront of Social Housing since it was established in 1978 . She has a total of over 20 years experience specialising in all areas of property law. She started her Social Housing career at Prince Evans approximately 12 years ago when she worked for several years in the Land Acquisition and Development Department. She left Prince Evans to broaden her legal property experience in commercial property and commercial property funding work. Immediately before coming back to Prince Evans in November 2009 Elaine worked for 5 years with a social housing practice specialising mainly in land acquisition and development for registered providers.

Elaine has wide ranging expertise in acting for Registered Providers in the full spectrum of legal work involved in site acquisition and development of all levels of complexity.

Elaine's contribution to the sector also includes acting as a Board Member of Women in Social Housing (WISH). She is proud to be involved in what she considers to be a really exciting and vibrant networking forum for women in the construction and affordable housing sector.
