Jo Savage

Jo Savage acts as the web coordinator for WISH. Jo has worked over twenty years in housing starting as a Housing Officer in the Home Counties and now is Director of Customer Services at Synergy Housing based in Dorset.

Jo's role currently encompasses Asset Management, Repairs and Servicing, Tenancy Management and Resident Involvement.

Jo is also Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a member of the UK Housing panel. Jo is well connected within the sector and ensures she is at the cutting edge of developments in the sector.

Jo is passionate about providing excellent customer service to residents and ensuring others do the same. Jo is also committed to sharing her knowledge, skills and experience to develop other women and has acted as a mentor through the EDGE mentoring scheme.

Jo feels that being a member of WISH gives her the opportunity to network and to learn from others especially those with a contractor background. Jo has especially enjoyed attending the schools careers fairs and having a chance to talk to young people about the many benefits and chances the social housing world can bring.
