Rebecca Pelling

Rebecca is a Senior Associate with Pellings LLP. Pellings was established in 1977 and has grown to become a major architectural, property and construction consultancy delivering a focused service to clients across the UK.

A Chartered Planning & Development Surveyor, Rebecca holds a Masters Degree in Planning & Development from the University of Greenwich and has been a Member of the R.I.C.S. since 1996.

Working mainly within the field of residential development she focuses on identifying and assembling opportunities for both private and public sector housing and providing advice on town planning and development related issues.

A key aspect of her role is the generation of new business opportunities as well as the promotion of the practice within the sector.

Rebecca is responsible for co-ordinating the London & S.E. Region W.I.S.H. events.
