Rosie Gregg

After graduating Lancaster University with an honours degree in Sociology, Rosie started at South Lakes Housing (SLH) in 2014 as a Customer Services Assistant.

Rosie’s current role as a Team Leader in Customer Services sees her process Preserved Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications, develop and maintain SLH’s website, supervise others within the Customer Services Team and assist in ensuring that a newly implemented CRM housing management system runs effectively throughout the organisation.

Rosie has recently completed her CIH Level 5 Diploma in Housing. This has greatly expanded her knowledge of the housing sector’s policies and challenges.
