You are invited to Join WISH London for our Summer Drinks Networking Event.
Join us to network and hear guest speakers, sharing their experiences of networking and reverse mentoring, with practical advice to use on the day.
The event will include 30 minutes of speeches and an hour for a reverse mentoring/networking session. Young WISH and WISH Education will take the lessons learned from the “how to network” session held previously online and give people a real-life opportunity to practice.
This event will be hosted by Kathryn Gundry, WISH Education Board Member, Kemi Oguntoye Young WISH and Alexandra Andone WISH Ambassador.
This is a charity event with proceeds going to “The Girls Network”. Their mission is to inspire and empower girls from the least advantaged communities by connecting them with a mentor and a network of professional female role models.

Humma Khan, RLB
Humma Khan joined RLB in September 2021 as part of the RLB Project Management - Protégé Programme. Since then, she has gained project experience working with a broad range of Built Environment industry professionals in the Commercial and Education sector. Prior to joining RLB, Humma worked as an architectural assistant having completed her BArch – RIBA Part 1 she then went on to pursue a Masters in MSc Construction Project Management.
TJ, H B Reavis
TJ is the Senior Social Impact and Inclusion Manager at H B Reavis. Responsible for delivering strategic engagement with consideration for the local community, working with project teams to meet stakeholder requirements. Her background includes working in community development and regeneration, working with local people, local organisations and community projects to develop key partnerships that support the design and delivery of high-quality community engagement strategies, with an interest in Legacy
Faith Locken, Founder of We Rise In
Founder of We Rise In, Development Manager at Countryside Partnerships Plc Faith Locken MRICS is a Chartered Commercial Surveyor and Residential Development & Regeneration specialist. As Development Manager at Countryside Partnerships Plc Faith manages the delivery of a 1000+ residential unit regeneration scheme in North London, working in partnership with the local authority to regenerate the estate and deliver much needed affordable and private housing.In 2020, Faith founded We Rise In, a business initiative whose mission is to inspire, elevate, and develop the careers of black professionals whilst promoting inclusion, equity, and diversity in corporate industries. We Rise In provides mentorship and leadership programmes that help mid-senior level black professionals hone the tools and skill sets they need to aspire to achieve positions of seniority in their career. We Rise In also works with corporates to address and improve the lack of diversity at senior levels within the industry via programmes such as reverse mentoring for their corporate senior leadership teams. We Rise In’s clients include Montagu Evans LLP (real estate consultancy) and Derwent London Plc (commercial real estate developer). Most recently We Rise In won the ME100 Awards securing £10,000 in funding and business mentorship.
