Prolonged periods of stress raises cortisol levels which can trigger mental health issues like mood swings and anxiety, and can also affects physical health leading exhaustion and insomnia.
Here, Biochemist and Elite Sport Scientist Jeannette Jackson will discuss how to ‘switch off’ the stress message to boost well-being and productivity.
