A session aimed at women working in the social housing sector who may be considering future leadership and board opportunities. Aiming to empower and educate, it is an opportunity to learn from women who have been there and for you to begin to map out your personal leadership journey.

Introducing Pamela Ball:
The session will be led by Pamela Ball a dynamic business and social sector consultant with over 25 years experience in senior and executive roles specialising in governance, leadership and equalities.
Her extensive governance experience spans national as well as cross sector non-executive roles. She has worked as an ACEVO governance consultant and is governance lead for Do-Well Ltd. She has has developed and piloted a unique values-based governance model.
She was a key contributor to the Office of Civil Society's Sector leadership and skills review led by Dame Mary Marsh as well as assisting NAVCA to develop and deliver a national leadership programme.
She is a sought-after speaker and facilitator across professional and political agendas
