With the non-stop challenges and changes we all face today the need for us to be “effective” in our lives has increased. How many of us are constantly having to juggle work and home life? Think there aren’t enough hours in the day? Do we at times feel overwhelmed or stressed? You are not alone, even though sometimes we think we are, we are not. So come along to this interactive workshop where you will, in a relaxed environment of like-minded people, get the chance to network and where we will explore:

  • What is meant by the term personal effectiveness?
  • What are the characteristics of someone who is effective person?
  • How personally effective are you and what are the things you need to do more of?
  • What your personal strengths are
  • Your individual working style and its impact on others
  • How to identify what is holding you back from what you want to achieve
  • How to set clear goals and objectives and build an effective plan to achieve them
