Following recent internal changes a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Cleaner – Void Properties to join our Environmental Services team. This will be a full time permanent role working 37 hours per week based in our modern Birkenhead based depot. This depot at St Marys Gate is easily accessible from most transport links with just a short walk from Hamilton Square train station and local bus routes. Free parking is provided either on site or nearby.

The Role:

The overall purpose of the role will be to provide a high quality level of cleaning and environmental services to tenants and leaseholders living in flatted accommodation.

We are looking for someone who can drive, are team players, self motivated and customer friendly. You will be responsible for providing high standard, final valet cleans to void properties in preparation for re-letting.

Our Environmental Services team includes cleaning, caretaking and neighbourhood support across all of our properties. The team is dedicated to keeping neighbourhoods green, clean and safe places, for all to enjoy.
