Accommodation and Engagement Officer

The position is based in our younger persons service at Ludlow Foyer, and duties will include:

• Managing voids and referrals at Ludlow Foyer and The Grain Loft
• Building positive relationships with other agencies and service users alik
• Supporting the team with housing and administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of The Foyer
• Enhance resident experience by building engagement, running resident meetings and developing strong links with education, training and local employers to offer better opportunities
• Promoting independence by working collaboratively with support officers to ensure service users are up to date with their bills and are managing money effectively
