We are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead our dynamic Customer Services team to promote, develop & continuously drive improvements to our service delivery

We’re looking for an individual with: - Strong, visible operational leadership skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service

You will need:

• You will be confident in managing a team with the ability to enthuse, motivate and develop individuals, through on-going coaching, training & development
• You will ensure your team are aware of performance expectations and targets and are well equipped to deliver results
• You will be experienced in leading a team and/or hold a qualification in Leadership/staff supervision
• You will possess excellent IT skills, the ability to analyse performance data and will have passes in English and Maths at GCSE level or equivalent
• A flexible approach to compliment the importance of service delivery

The position:

• Permanent Contract
• 35 Hours per week and a combination of home working and working from our Head Office at Craven Arms 2/3 days a week, with travel to other offices as required.
