Customer Services Team Leader (Repairs and Maintenance)

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead our dynamic Customer Services team to promote, develop & continuously drive improvements to our service delivery.

We’re looking for an individual with:

• Strong, visible operational leadership skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• You will be confident in managing a team with the ability to enthuse, motivate and develop individuals, through on-going coaching, training & development
• You will ensure your team are aware of performance expectations and targets and are well equipped to deliver results
• You will be experienced in leading a team and/or hold a qualification in Leadership/staff supervision
• You will possess excellent IT skills
• The ability to analyse performance data and will have passes in English and Maths at GCSE level or equivalent
• A flexible approach to compliment the importance of service delivery
