This is a newly created post within the People Services team, it’s an ideal opportunity for someone who has a passion for people and has a desire to have a career in the People Profession.
The role offers an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to use their education, strengths and passion to support the People, Performance & Professionalism Strategy at the same time as learning and developing and hopefully starting an exciting career.
You will report to the Assistant Director, People Services and will have the opportunity to lead on different projects across the colleague lifecycle that will expose you to all areas of our people services team including strategy, transactional HR, people development and business partnering. We really want motivated and passionate people who are ready to get stuck in and make a positive difference.
