We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time 3 year Apprenticeship in our Finance team at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG).

This role comes with a full training package for a nationally recognised qualification - AAT, excellent benefits package (including cycle to work scheme), on the job mentoring and the opportunity to build an exciting career in Finance.

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner this role will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to embark on a journey to become a Finance professional. You will learn everything from managing customer rent records, how to resolve finance related queries and process a range of reconciliations.

Assisting in the month end management accounts, year-end procedures and office administrative duties - including but not limited to ad-hoc finance related tasks as required in order to support the delivery of WCHG’s Corporate plan and wider business objectives.

No previous Finance experience is needed.

We are looking for individual with an interest in finance and a strong academic background. You will have excellent numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail skills. In addition, we are looking for someone with the ability to organise, prioritise and plan their own workload. Good communication skills both face-to-face and in writing are essential. You will be punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team Coupled with the ability to use MS Office packages i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook.
