SADS Support Officer - CYP Accommodation

Shropshire Domestic Abuse Service (SDAS) provides accommodation and outreach support to families and individuals across the County of Shropshire.

We are looking for that someone who is confident in working with numbers, has an understanding of health and safety and is able to demonstrate the ability of working positively with others to foster and sustain good working relationships.

No experience of understanding domestic abuse is required for this role.

The role:

• 35 Hours per week 
• Fixed Term Contract to 31st March 2023
• This role will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check

Providing administrative support to the accommodation team in the form of preparing rent statements and agreeing payment plans, completing housing benefit applications, maintaining a repairs and maintenance spreadsheet to ensure the timely completion of works and assisting with benefit claims.
