An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Younger Persons Support Officer to join our team at Bath Street, Hereford. We are looking for a positive and engaging support officer to deliver high quality support outcomes with the use of SMART support plans to enable and prepare young people to successfully transition into independence.

A big part of this role is around engagement so you should be able to build good working relationships with our young people. Your focus will be on youth engagement this will include planning and running regular resident meetings and workshops and have emphasis on youth voice, culture and diversity.

You need to be confident when dealing with outside agencies to aid the growth of the service by developing new links and partnerships within the local community, with particular emphasis on training, employment and work-based activities.
