We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join WCHG. You will work with the team to provide a high quality multi-skilled Joinery maintenance repairs and replacement service. 

Working 39 hours per week, Permanent, the successful candidate will carry out on-call duties in accordance with a rota set by WCHG. 

Main responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned and responsive repairs/voids and installations as required in tenant’s homes and on construction sites
• Providing technical expertise within the relevant trade area
• Working alongside other trades people, providing support and training as necessary where apprentices are used
• Liaising with customers when arranging and carrying out work
• Driving and being responsible for a company vehicle when required
• Using and being responsible for a company mobile phone and PDA

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a trade, experience of undertaking multi-skilled housing maintenance work with experience of working in a building or construction environment.

The ability to deliver a customer focused service and willingness to undertake additional training when required is also essential. If required, the successful candidate will carry out on-call duties in accordance with a rota set by WCHG.
