About the Job:
We are excited to be recruiting for a new Project Officer Trainee to join our team. As a member of the Project Team, you will help deliver a number of new build projects, contributing to the delivery of Kingdom’s Affordable Housing programme and taking forward identified projects from post-tender stage through to completion ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and grant conditions.
The traineeship is a fixed term contract for 3 years and whilst there is no guarantee of a permanent job with us at the end of the traineeship, we think you’ll be in a great position to take the next step in your career.
About You:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to change their career. If you have transferable skills that meet our person spec this could be your next role. You need to be able to work as part of a team but also on your own initiative. You will be responsible for driving your training and development, and we will provide the support and guidance that will complement the college/university-based learning.
What Will I Gain from the Traineeship?
You will gain a formal qualification in a relevant discipline while working with a team of experienced professionals who will be on hand to mentor and support you through your learning journey.
Is it for me?
This role would suit someone who has a keen interest in the planning and development of affordable and mid market housing. It is varied and challenging and also extremely rewarding. You will have the opportunity to be part of important projects and as your traineeship progresses will take the lead on your own projects. If you can manage a complex workload, work as part of a wider team and on your own initiative this could be the next role for you.
