You’ll be the first and main point of contact for leaseholders an shared owners and be responsible for assisting them to sustain their leases as well as deliver high quality, inclusive, and responsive services; focusing on positive outcomes and resident satisfaction.

To be successful you will have had experience attending court and tribunal proceedings, making impartial decisions in challenging situations and problem-solving in a high pressure environment. You'll have the skills to engage in clear and constructive straight talking, project manage and lead in a multi agency/discipline environment.
