With an established Land, New Business, and Partnerships Programme, bpha seek an Assistant Director of Development Delivery to lead and manage our development delivery team to ensure that our development programme is managed to time and budget and that we achieve excellent standards of quality in the homes we deliver.

Arc, bpha owns and manages over 19,000 homes and has a development programme to deliver around 600 new homes each year for rent, shared ownership, and outright sale. With an established Land, New Business, and Partnerships Programme, we seek an Assistant Director of Development Delivery to lead and manage our development delivery team to ensure that our development programme is managed to time and budget and that we achieve excellent standards of quality in the homes we deliver.

You will have a demonstrable track record in leading and managing teams to deliver mixed tenure developments through a range of construction contracts and delivery routes including s106, land led, regeneration and Joint Venture arrangements.

You will have a good knowledge of the housing association and private development sectors and a thorough understanding of the legislative and regulatory frameworks in which we operate.

You will demonstrate a commercial approach and an ability to think strategically, ensuring that resources are effectively managed to deliver against targets and your ability to motivate colleagues, sometimes in challenging circumstances will be critical.

As a member of bpha’s Senior Management Team, you will work alongside colleagues from across the business to deliver on wider operational plans and ensure the ongoing success of the organisation.
