Business Development Director - Newlon Housing Trust

Newlon is an award-winning and fast growing housing association with a nationally recognised development team. Working across north and east London we have been partners in some of the capital’s largest recent regeneration projects. We have consistently been one of London’s leading providers of new affordable housing.

About the role

Ensuring that our current programme and ambitious plans for the next decade are successfully delivered will form part of your key priorities in this post. Not only will you be an experienced and talented development professional but your broader leadership skills, commitment to diversity and values driven way of leading will mean that you stand out from your peers.

This might be your first executive team role but what you lack in top team experience will be outweighed by your track record of managing relationships, inspiring people and connecting all aspects of business management and commercial awareness to a core social purpose. You will be working at our purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village project and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
