This new role brings together a portfolio of responsibility covering corporate functions to keep us on track to meet future ambitions, as well as crucial business that keep our organisation, its people and our customers safe. We are open about your sector background and you don’t need to be an expert in all these areas. What you will offer is insight and a track record in corporate planning and business assurance as well as exceptional leadership. We will value your creativity, pace and intellectual curiosity, as well as your ability to have future focus and horizon-scan, using your skill to influence the debate. This is not a typical back-office function. You and your team will be visible and dynamic, working collaboratively across the organisation to meet our vision and the ambition of the Board, senior team, customers and staff.
