Director of Finance

As a not for profit Housing Association we are passionate about giving older people in Sussex a brighter future. Our sheltered housing and care homes provide safe and stimulating surroundings for over 800 older people in a variety of tenures.

Finance Director Location flexible with some attendance in Sussex. Our Finance Director is retiring and we are looking for a qualified finance professional to join our small executive team. Ideally from the social housing sector with development growth experience, you will lead a small finance and IT team. You’ll be responsible for taking a lead role in developing our strategy and delivering our business plan. You may have solid experience in the social housing sector at a strategic level, or you may be bringing those skills from another sector.

All our office based staff are working flexibly. We anticipate some office attendance one or two days per week.

Salary £78k
