Director of Finance - Gloucester City Homes, Gloucester

Gloucester City Homes is a successful, creative and ambitious community focused housing association providing excellent housing management services to over 4,300 homes. This is an exciting time for us as we look to shape the future of the organisation for our residents, our teams and stakeholders through our new 5 year Corporate Plan. Since March 2015, we have already built over 180 new homes to meet housing need and we have plans to deliver a further 450 new homes by 2024. We also aspire to deliver a major regeneration programme in two of our largest communities, in partnership with the public and private sectors.

To help us deliver on our goals we are looking for a talented individual to join our Executive Leadership Team. This is a broad financial role that encompasses not only our financial and treasury management and also actively supports business development and growth. You will also provide strategic leadership for the development of our IT platforms and systems to meet our ambitions and objectives.

We are seeking a skilled financial professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to work effectively with a range of partners and funders. You will be forward thinking, risk aware, able to deliver regulatory compliance and have the ability to get the best out of your team and colleagues. Whatever your background, you will have a strong sense of social purpose as well as a resilient approach to efficiency and financial viability.
