This service is flexible and focused around responding to Customers needs whilst providing a high profile presence across our estates. These services are delivered through a state of the art CCTV monitoring system as well as mobile vehicle and foot patrols.

This is an exciting opportunity for a role within the Emergency Response Team. The candidate must be available to cover a variety of shift patterns inclusive of evenings and nights, weekends and Bank Holidays. You must be adaptable and flexible in your approach to working.

 

The overall purpose of the role will be to conduct CCTV monitoring of Magenta Living properties in addition to providing front line response patrolling in marked Magenta Living vehicles. A pro active approach is taken when monitoring or patrolling any “Anti Social Behaviour” hotspot areas working in conjunction with internal and external teams. Working closely with our partners from the emergency services, you would be responsible for the effective communication and incident management of situations that may arise.

 

We are looking for someone who has a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service and who has experience in delivering a similar front line monitoring and response service. Excellent attention to detail, the ability to organise and prioritise work plus the desire to deliver a high quality standard of work is essential.  A full clean driving licence, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written will also be required. SIA licensed to conduct public space surveillance and security guarding is desirable.
