Working as part of our Birmingham Office you will be based either in Birmingham or Hitchin and will report directly to KPI Manager Birmingham supporting in forecasting outcomes against operational delivery and KPI targets.

Supporting the capturing of data, reporting key data elements within the end management of the service, from allocation of jobs, through to completion across all ‘areas’ including KPI information.

Reviewing customer satisfaction files and working with trades and supervisors to update missing returns.

Essential:

• Analytical Thinker

• Enjoys evaluating, probing, investigating and challenging complex data sets.

• Experience in analysing productivity and performance impacting on achievements of KPI, contract and financial performance.

• Driving performance and best practice in managing work flow.

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Positive proactive attitude

• IT Literate and data handling skills – advanced excel, familiar with business systems, MI reporting, skills & appointment/diary optimization.

• Experience in a responsive service deployment environment

• Soft people skills where people are engaged in a non-confrontational/non-combative way

Desirable:

•Understanding of stakeholder engagement

•Understating of commercial contracts

•Proven People Management skills

•Social Housing background

•Repair and maintenance background
