We are currently looking to recruit a full-time IT Security Manager to join our Information Technology department, based at our Head Office in Birmingham.

The role:

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time IT Security Manager to join our Information Technology department, based at our Head Office in Birmingham.

The role is full-time, 35 hours a week and we are happy to talk flexible working.

In this role you are responsible for all IT security matters both cyber and physical. Includes developing and maintaining relevant recognised framework. Includes policies and procedures, staff testing and awareness campaigns via liaison with Learning & Development, monitoring and reporting on any cyber breaches etc. Accountable for ensuring compliance with current legislation and for ensuring appropriate training/development plans are in place across the IT team in order to meet capability needs to avoid skills gaps.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

• Knowledge of IT Cyber Security best Practice

• Value diversity and shows commitment to equality of opportunity.

• ITIL Service management processes.

• People management including remote team members.

• Strong organising and planning skills.

• IT asset management systems, analysis and reporting.
