The role will provide leadership, direction and strategy to the collection services and will liaise closely with later arrears management stage leads based within the front line housing service. The role will drive their service in order to maximise income collection performance and ensure the robustness of the wider strategy to mitigate against key imminent welfare reform risks.

Greenacre Recruitment is currently sourcing an experienced Senior Manager/Head of Service to lead a Housing department within a small Housing Association. You will be responsible for all areas of housing management, including tenancy management, empty homes management (customer side), anti-social behaviour, income maximisation, asset compliance and wider neighbourhood management. You will drive forward the operational performance as well as feeding into the strategic direction of the business.
As part of the technical team, you will lead a regional department consisting of a Technical Coordinator. Working alongside the Head of Technical, Regional Commercial and Technical Manager, you will continuously improve technical processes and procedures, product, standard house types and specifications.
