Job purpose: This is a truly exciting time to join Orbit as they are currently transforming their Property Investment teams located in the Midlands, Southern and Eastern regions. The regional teams will be responsible for the end to end delivery of all processes from land acquisition and planning consent, development and delivery of new homes through to sales. They have an ambitious programme with the view to deliver excellent customer service, deliver more homes, invest in existing stock and make Orbit a great place to work. To achieve these goals, Orbit has created a new operating model for the Property Investment teams and as a result of this there are a number of excellent job opportunities available.
