Who you’ll be helping
Working across a number of buildings in a busy accommodation based pathway service supporting customers with complex mental health issues.
What will you do?
You will jointly oversee the day-to-day running of the service, as well as directly supervise an experienced team to deliver a high quality service. You will liaise with commissioners and stakeholders, be responsible for various types of reports. You will be flexible enough to support and manage members of the night time staff as well as day staff.
