Whole Housing Approach Programme Manager for Cambridgeshire


Standing Together Against Domestic Violence (STADV) is looking to appoint a dynamic Programme Manager with a proven track record in project management and developing partnerships to improve outcomes for survivors of domestic abuse.

Standing Together Against Domestic Violence (STADV) is looking to appoint a dynamic Programme Manager with a proven track record in project management and developing partnerships to improve outcomes for survivors of domestic abuse. 

STADV coordinates the ground breaking coordinated community response to domestic violence in West London. STADV are co-founders, alongside Peabody and Gentoo, of the Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) which was founded in 2014 to promote better practice, policy and research in relation to housing and domestic abuse. The DAHA project has inspired the development of a ‘Whole Housing Approach’, which includes twelve housing options to support survivors to access safe and long-term housing solutions. 

This post will be responsible for the business development plan of the Whole Housing Approach in Cambridgeshire and will drive forward and deliver this pioneering national initiative. It will include line management support for the Private Rented Sector (PRS) Development Manager and the DAHA Development Manager for Cambridgeshire.

The post holder will be located in Cambridgeshire and will be required to travel within the UK and to STADV office in London.

Post:           Full time – 35 hours per week
Salary:        £34,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract:   One Year Fixed Term
Benefits:    25 days holiday (pro rata) and workplace pension
