CS2 Raise money for Guide Dogs UK

CS2 are a leading commercial building and cost consultancy practice, and in the last 20 years we have gone from strength to strength and now boast a growing team of over 90 property experts.  We have a National network of offices covering Northampton, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, London and Milton Keynes. At CS2 we are extremely proud of our client base, to which we have become their trusted advisor, ranging from local agents, landlords, tenants, housing associations, retailers, fund managers, investors and major financial institutions.

With the recent appointments of two Directors Patrick Murphy and Nii Klotey comes a new CS2 service offering, Social Housing, both have many years’ experience providing multi-disciplinary services to the Social Housing sector and now supports the specialist team from our London office. We also welcome the appointment of Karl Hofbauer Associate Director who will support the Northampton team on the cost constancy arm of CS2, Karl also has a wealth of framework experience including working on large affordable housing accounts. CS2 are on a number of frameworks including Bloom and are working with a variety of National Housing Associations across the country.

At CS2 we promote well-being throughout the business, helping our staff to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We actively encourage charity and sporting events.  Employee engagement is paramount, which is why we provide team building, networking events, training, mentoring and company benefits.

Our Head Office in Northampton is raising money for Guide Dogs UK and have sponsored a puppy, who we have named Vinnie.  The money from the sponsorship has been used to train guide dog puppies and we were lucky enough to visit our nearest Training Centre in Leamington Spa, to see how our fundraising efforts are put to use.  We will be meeting Vinnie for the first time on Tuesday 12^th November, when he and a 6 additional puppies will be coming to our offices for a pat and chat session, so that we can see the training progress of our puppy and learn more about this incredibly worthy cause.  We will also be holding a bake sale to raise even more money. We doubt much work will get done on that day, but it’s all in the name of charity!
