The interactive session aims to nurture the talent that exists in a sector where women currently make up fewer than 40% of housing’s leadership positions.
The event, which is open to all women at any stage of their career in housing, works to close this gap through personal development and networking.
“We want to give women the opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and find out more about a potential mentoring programme. If you want to get the best out of your personal self and others this is a must attend event.”
