Meghan Rossiter, Associate Director – DLP Planning Ltd.

Meghan has worked in planning for 12 years, providing development and local plans advice to public and private sector advice largely on the housing sector. She has been involved in the delivery of affordable housing schemes across the South West and West Midlands, working across schemes for housing associations and housebuilders from development appraisal through to appeals.

Meghan joined the WISH SW board in 2019.

Natasha Moore, Interim Chair, Executive Housing Consultant - TristoneNash

Natasha has over 16 years’ experience of providing recruitment solutions to the Affordable Housing Sector.

She maintains a reputable relationship with a large network of Housing professionals across the UK ranging from National RSL's to more bespoke local providers.

Having successfully provided assistance on large scale recruitment drives her knowledge includes (but is not limited to) Housing Management, Asset Management & Property Services, Supported Housing & Homelessness and Housing Development.

Natasha joined the WISH SW board in 2013.

Sinead Lee, Project Manager – Catalyst Housing and Freelance Housing Consultant

Sinead has over 12 years’ experience working in a variety of roles in the Social Housing Sector. 

Like many others, she fell into the industry, and hasn’t looked back since. She is passionate about all things housing, and has expertise in housing management, service improvement and policy development. 

Sinead is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, and has recently joined their South East working group. 

She is delighted to join the WISH SW board, and is looking forward to collaborating with others, sharing knowledge and experiences, and to champion the great work of WISH.

Outside of her professional life, Sinead loves to cook and bake, and spend time with her family and friends.

Heidi Leyshon, Communities Manager – Sovereign

I started my working life as a professional dancer. I wanted a career that could make a difference to people and found Social Housing challenging and rewarding for the last 10 years. I started off as a generic housing officer, before moving to resident scrutiny, then community investment. Most recently I’ve set up a community empowerment team and latterly supported tenancy sustainment through setting up an employment and training service.

I’ve worked in small and medium sized organisations across the west of England and am currently work for the leading housing association in the south of England with almost 60,000 homes.

As a member of Communities that Work, I’m delighted to be supporting the efforts of  their housing taskforce who have urged the housing and employment APPG to drive forward practical solutions for the unemployed and ensure social housing is seen by government. One of the practical solutions has been the creation of Kickstart. A programme for unemployed young people to gain work experience and confidence to secure work.

Emma Osmundsen, Managing Director – Exeter City Living Ltd.

Raised in Wales and with Norwegian roots, Emma has over twenty-five years of experience in the world of construction, having studied Building and Surveying at UWE Bristol and qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1993.

She has gone on to become one of the leading global voices in the development and delivery of low energy, healthy and climate resilient homes and buildings, including being a champion of high performance Passivhaus standards within building.

Emma’s Passivhaus journey started in 2008 when she headed up the development of the UK’s first multi-residential certified Passivhaus scheme for Exeter City Council. Since then, Emma has been responsible for delivering more than 100 Passivhaus homes across the city and, more recently, the start on site of two UK-first Passivhaus developments; an Extra-Care elderly housing village and Leisure Centre.

Deena Blake, Associate – Lester Aldridge

Deena is an experienced real estate lawyer specialising in residential development and social housing.

Deena’s experience includes acting for a number of the top 10 national house-builders, regional house-builders, housing associations, councils and private individuals.
