The Power of the Menstrual Cycle: Wellbeing for Work and Home

Date: Tuesday 11th June

Time: 12-1pm

Via: Zoom

In this workshop you will learn how menstrual cycle awareness can be transformational both personally and professionally - and why this is important. So many businesses have robust mental health practices but it seems that very few, in any industry, incorporate menstrual health. We will discuss how, as women in business, we can use this knowledge within the spaces we lead to improve team wellbeing, professional relationships and productivity, creating more inclusive work environments. Come and be part of this exciting and essential conversation.

Suitable for women of any age, whether you menstruate yourself or not.

What you'll gain:

  • An overview of why menstrual health is essential to mental health practices, but also overlooked
  • A detailed understanding of what menstrual cycle awareness is and how tracking our monthly energies can be transformational both personally and professionally
  • Language and concepts to empower conversations about this in any setting
  • Practical tools and tips for both personal tracking and incorporation of these ideas into your workspace
  • A resource document with links to websites, literature and organisations to enable you to use this workshop as a springboard to even more knowledge and action
