Join WISH North West for Women on Boards!

During this interactive session we will cover:

• Understanding what makes exceptional Board Members - this can be the difference in whether we attract more diverse players into the sport of governance
• Too often people assume it’s about having all the answers when what we know suggests great Board Members are more like great coaches, they bring a question 
• Exploring what participants believe great Boards look like and some models from which we can take reference.  
• Exploring what behaviours are displayed by those delivering great governance, and give people an opportunity to think about what they have already, and what they would want to develop in order to take up a governance/board role  

The session will be delivered by the ever so fabulous Liz Cross!
