Whether you are a regular user of Twitter and other social media platforms or are new to the idea, this session will be of great interest. Joel will cover 'using social media to build your own personal brand and your professional profile' and handy tips on do's and don'ts, how to embrace new ways of thinking and communicating with customers and peers within the housing sector and beyond!

Led by Joel Sampson of We Are Resource, the company behind the hugely successful CommsHero events.

This will be an afternoon event, commencing at 1pm, lunch will be provided at Curo Group Offices, The Maltings, River Place, Lower Bristol Road,

Joel has worked in Marketing and Comms for over 16 years, 5 years of that working specifically in the UK Housing Sector.

Joel has helped UK Housing providers communicate better with tenants and stakeholders, improving engagement whilst working within restricted budgets.
