If so we have an opportunity within Connexus to support residents in The Grain Loft Accommodation, Ludlow who have Complex Needs. This role is going to be providing intensive support to a small number of residents to enable them to live in their own accommodation.

This role will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check, clean driving licence and access to car and there is a requirement to work one evening a week.
