An exciting new role has become available in our Accommodation Team.

You can aid us on our mission to pioneer new ways of improving the outcomes for young people at risk of homelessness within Herefordshire.

Join us as a support officer specialising in training, life skills & education for young people between the ages of 16 and 25.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team. The successful applicant will be self-driven and capable of demonstrating effective communication with professionals and external organisations to support and advocate for young people's needs and deliver a caring and safe service in a timely and organised way. You will be required to manage a small caseload of young people.
