You will lead, motivate and direct a team of 24 experienced Grounds Maintenance Staff and 2 Supervisors, ensuring that your department is delivering a consistent high standard and quality of various grounds maintenance operations to our housing stock. You will manage, support, and effectively deploy and adapt resources to meet service delivery and performance standards.

We are looking for an individual with:

• Experience of managing a large in house team delivering grounds maintenance services over a wide geographical area.
• Proven knowledge/experience in grounds maintenance management
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Good leadership skills to motivate, guide and inspire our team.
