Come and make a difference at Karbon as an Asset Administrator!
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Asset Administrator in the Asset and Regeneration Team. This post will be based at our Stanley or Gosforth Offices and is a permanent full-time position.
About the role:
The right person will provide general administrative services and valuable contract support, enabling the Asset & Regeneration Team to effectively deliver Asset Management’s Strategic Plan in line with Karbon’s Corporate Strategy. You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of high-quality data management services across Karbon’s core systems to ensure data is accurate and updated. The successful candidate will be customer focused, handling a range of asset enquiries from both internal colleagues and external customers through various channels.
About you:
The successful applicant will be committed to delivering excellent service to our customers, working closely with other members of the Asset & Regeneration team and other teams within the wider organisation and giving guidance, support and direction as required. You will be highly motivated, have good time management with the ability to work to deadlines and manage your own workload. You will also have good organisation and ICT skills. Ideally you will have previous experience in administration, data management and contract support or similar and will have excellent communication skills.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is desirable.
