This is an exciting role within a fast paced and dynamic established team, which is expanding. The successful candidate will oversee a selection of buildings to ensure the organisation fulfils its statutory obligations regarding all current and future fire regulations, including Regulatory Reform (fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, and Building Safety Act 2022.  

Please note that the successful candidate would be required to commute to the Wembley office and/or sites 3-4 times a week. Access to your own vehicle and a valid driving licence is preferable for the role due to the locations of sites (please note we have an expenses policy stating that the reasonable cost of necessary travel in connection with our business can be claimed e.g. travel between different business locations).

 This role requires a Basic DBS check.
