We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to lead on the marketing and promotion of our new schemes and help position Housing 21 as the partner of choice for those looking to develop older people’s housing.

A creative marketing professional, you will lead on producing engaging, compelling content for a variety of audiences and will develop initiatives to build reputation and increase brand awareness. Your natural flair for marketing and communications will help you to lead and inspire others to achieve targets set.

A new role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape and support the promotion of new schemes, ensuring maximum engagement with our target audience and a seamless customer journey, whilst also supporting the promotion of the Housing 21 brand. Shaping, implementing and delivering multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns for each new scheme will be a key part of the role, from conception through to delivery.

We need someone who can help shape these plans and also play a key role in delivering them, working closely with operational colleagues to ensure high standards of customer service both internally and externally. With one of the largest development programmes for older people in England, there has never been a more exciting time to join Housing 21.
