By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

1 Identify individual thoughts, feelings and behaviours that impact how you navigate difficult conversations

2 Recognise internal and external conditions for embracing successful conversations

3 Apply emotional intelligence tools to others’ to build empathy and relationships with others 

4 Apply conversation frameworks, techniques and strategies which support courageous conversations
