The role of Scheme Manager is responsible for the management of a pair of sheltered housing schemes, with the requirement to cover for colleagues from time to time.  We are recruiting to 2 posts in Brent in NW London. 

The Scheme Manager role is diverse and varied, with responsibility for the H&S of the scheme, providing intensive housing management working with sometimes vulnerable residents and promoting a sense of community. The key focus is providing high quality safe and attractive housing and services to people in later life, and sign posting to statutory and voluntary services as required. 

You will have strong customer service skills with a firm and fair approach to resolving challenges, while ensuring the people who live in our schemes get a fabulous home in a vibrant community with a friendly effective service; to this end you will be site based a minimum of 4 days a week, with one day working from home to be agreed with your Team Leader.
