Following feedback from our respective Client contacts and a comprehensive industry analysis it became apparent that a new approach/added value service offering was required in the Residential Sector.

That’s why in 2020 we are launching ‘Delivering Homes’, a collaboration by three organisations that have well established, working relationships namely CS2, MTP Pre-Contract Services Ltd and Torrin Asset Management.

This exciting initiative provides Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Institutional Investors and Private Developers alike, with a guaranteed Senior point of contact from initial land identification through to the conclusion of the defect’s liability period, which is a key differentiator of our service offering, including;

• Feasibility, Pre-Acquisition Investigations, Planning/Scheme Optimisation, Main Contractor Procurement, Construction Management and Funding where required.

A key factor that impacts on Public Sector Clients in particular is OJEU Legislation, and we are pleased to confirm that both CS2 and MTP Pre-Contract Services are registered suppliers with Bloom, an OJEU compliant Framework that offers direct award opportunities at zero cost to registered Clients.

We believe this unique combination of skills and expertise will enable Clients to agree a bespoke scope of services that meets with their specific requirements and more importantly adds value to their project.

A short resume of our respective experience is provided below,

• CS2 have over 20 years’ experience in managing a wide range of projects and our specialised teams have a thorough understanding of Client expectations and drivers, the complexities of project management, contract administration, quantity surveying, health and safety, occupational matters and sustainability.
   
• MTP Pre-Contract Services Ltd are residential sector specialists, with a team of senior managers all with extensive experience from a Main Contractor background, who will support Clients from land identification through to the appointment of the Main Contractor. On complex projects MTP will provide specialist Project Management expertise with CS2 leading on Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying. 
   
• With over 30 years managing property investment funds of both direct and indirect investment, Torrin Asset Management is well placed to identify and secure new opportunities but also deliver bespoke development funding strategies.
