LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME 2022 NOW LIVE!
We’re really excited to let you know that after the success of last year’s WISH Leadership Programme we have partnered with Hayley Gillard to run the programme again for 2022.
As you know here at WISH we’re huge advocates for opportunities for women in management.
That’s why we’re running our WISH Leadership Programme again for 2022, specifically to help women harness their natural-born leadership skills to become a confident and impactful leader whilst maintaining kindness and compassion – two essential skills of a successful leader!
Are you ready to lead your team confidently and stop second-guessing your decision making?
Are you ready to empower your team and build mutual trust and respect?
If you’re an aspiring leader and you want to gain more confidence to have impact in the workplace this is for you!
In this 6 month programme, you will have access to:
You’re not born with confidence, it is learnt. Hayley will teach you everything you need to know to help you reach your goals.
Don’t just take our word for it…
“I completely loved the programme and the items discussed and raised and also the ability to communicate with others in a similar position and line of work to share and gather ideas.
My favourite parts are linked to the full training programme where you have trained us on managing staff and tackling difficult situations. The part about imposter syndrome and how to overcome this. The session about management styles was eye opening too.
Shortly after the course started, I was promoted from Housing Manager to General Manager Housing & Estates, which gave me the ability to talk directly to you on a one to one level about this and my fears, then also about how to address redundancies and make positive changes in the new department.
My CEO has already started to compliment my new approach and ability to communicate effectively.”
“Hayley’s course has been a real eye opener for a classic over-thinker like me, especially in realising that I have so much more in common with others around me, and the colleagues I manage, than I think. It’s been quite liberating to stop comparing myself to others, trying to block out my negative thoughts about myself and not feeling so over-responsible for everything and everyone. It’s definitely a case of feel the fear and do it anyway but it’s really starting to change and help me.”
Sounds good, right?!
Plus, there’s a scholarship available too!
