WISH London Spring 2018 Newsletter Update


WISH London have had a busy start to the year hosting a number of events over the last couple of months.

On 22nd February  the first of a number of WISH events leading up to International Women’s Day was held, WISH London brought together three political candidates ahead of the London local elections in May. Delegates heard how housing providers can work closer with local politicians to build the homes the capital desperately needs – read the full event review here.

The 8th February saw the London region hosting a Speed Mentoring Q&A Session at Kelmscott School as part of their education programme. The aim of the day was to encourage the girls to aspire to professional careers by meeting successful and professional women from a wide range of industries and organisations. It was a great session enjoyed by all.
